| Distance | Approximate Time | Height Gain | OS Map |

Description
An easy walk along a fine sandy beach backed by dunes and conifer plantations, with possible extensions and an alternative return through the forest. The walk begins at the Forestry Commission Car Park at Kinshaldy and is way-marked through the pinewoods until you reach the former icehouse and World War 2 fortifications. At the ice house you then have the option to either continue along the way-marked path through the forest or turn right on the path just before the ice house to reach the beach. Turn right to return along the beach to complete the walk at the Kinshaldy Beach Car Park.
