Description
A walk of variety, this route starts as a walk through a mature deciduous wood, near the banks of the River Deveron, at Duff House in Banff.After crossing the river it returns along narrow farm tracks and a minor road lined with shrubs like wild roses, honeysuckle and lilac bushes etc. It continues along a narrow grassy path, another wooded section, finally returning via the grounds of a distillery, back over the river again at its mouth, to return to Duff House.
