Description
From the community centre, follow the road around the harbour, along the coast to the lighthouse. After the lighthouse follow the waymarkers up to the summit of Beinn Scorabhaig. The descent leads to a loch, then back to the road to the centre.

Scalpay is 5 miles west of Tarbert, now connected by bridge. Parking available at community centre.

Good opportunites to see seabirds, grouse, otters, occasionally wild mink, seals, porpoises and whales.
